Throughout the entire purchase process—and even after we arrived in Briançon in January—Andrea was extraordinarily responsive. He answered every WhatsApp message within minutes and, when needed, contacted the seller on the spot to keep everything moving smoothly. His support went far beyond what we ever expected: he let us back into the apartment to take measurements before we flew home, found an electrician and plumber who could provide quotes on short notice, connected us with the building’s management company when they were slow to respond, helped negotiate a fair price for furniture the seller wished to offer separately, assisted with transferring utilities and setting up internet service, and even scheduled the chimney sweeping with the long‐standing provider. The day before we arrived from the US, Andrea went to the apartment himself to turn on the heat and sent us a video confirming that the water was still running after a sudden extreme cold spell. He then met us at the door when we arrived and walked us through everything to ensure a smooth move‐in. Buying or selling property can be challenging—especially when both parties live in different countries—but Andrea made the entire process transparent, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. He resolved issues quickly, maintained everyone’s trust, and consistently found solutions that respected both buyer and seller. We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with him, and three weeks after moving in, we are even happier with our new home. Remarkably, the seller also seemed delighted with the outcome; he even drove several hours to meet us and Andrea for apéritifs the day after we moved in.
